“I was struggling with old trauma and I connected with Coach Kitty for a session.. I have to say her compassion , deep understanding and the way she held space for me really touched me … She was patient , brought perspective to my situation and gently nudged me to take action that felt aligned in that traumatic situation. I’m grateful for her timely help, her knowledge, and her kindness. I highly recommend working with her as she is a fabulous trauma informed wellness coach .”

“Elizabeth is my go-to person when I have a problem to figure out, especially in my professional life. She has an amazing ability to see all the layers – from interpersonal dynamics, to systemic impacts, to my own stuff that I carry – and help me sort things out. I leave any session, no matter how brief, feeling calmer, braver, and armed with a plan that will help me move forward and face my challenges. Cannot recommend time with her highly enough!”

After being diagnosed with ADHD as a middle-aged woman, I finally found the missing link! Now what?!
Although I have a good talk therapist, regular talk therapy has been incomplete. I became aware of ADHD Coaches and somehow I found Kitty. She’s very flexible with frequency of and length of appointments. I found it more beneficial to do 30 minutes vs an hour as my mind was beginning to wander. If needed, she’ll do 15 minute check-ins too. I’d love to articulate exactly how she has helped to date but I have trouble organizing my thoughts (go figure!). I do know that after working with her (feels more like a chat with a friend), I am able to give myself more understanding and able to cut myself some slack.
She’s been helping me change habits that were created back to childhood. I never learned to “adult”. As someone who is neurodiverse, I’m realizing how my brain works is MY normal. With Kitty’s guidance, she’s helping me learn how to deal with basic tasks to the vocabulary I use on myself to topics that I then bring to my talk therapy appointments. How to rework expectations and accept my limitations. Being kind to myself. When to stop, step back and take deep breaths and using stress relieving / grounding techniques.
Changes were subtle to start but after two months, my husband and I have noticed more progress with her than I have had in the over 10 years of talk therapy I’ve been through. Not knocking the wonderful LMHCs I have, and do, work with, but the components Kitty adds are what have been making the most strides. She’s not just an ADHD coach and although that’s what I primarily sought her out for, I benefit from her experiences with traumas, health issues, dysfunctional upbringing, depression, anxiety, etc. FYI she also is TLBGQ+ Proficient.
